Designer Stephen McKay has over 20 years of experience in the architecture, home building, and real estate industries to help your dream come alive.
Initial meeting
We'll get to know you and why you want to build, what you like about their current home and what you want to do differently. Stephen will sketch plans in front of you. We'll make changes to a brochure plan or design one from scratch...right in the meeting.
Second meeting
We'll present refined plans, in CAD. Plan will be shown on site to discuss view opportunities, layout, etc. We'll discuss the CAD elevation and some style ideas for colors.
Third meeting
We'll typically present a 3d model so you really feel like you see YOUR FINISHED home. We'll review the plans prior to PA.
