During the construction of your Cranbrook Custom Home, you work with the Cranbrook team members and our Trade Partners/Associates. The list below provides a brief description of our team and the role each member plays in building your Cranbrook custom home.
Sales Manager
Your Cranbrook Custom Sales Manager will be your main point of contact throughout the entire home building process until your home is closed.
Mortgage Consultants
At Cranbrook Custom Homes, we work with selected preferred mortgage lenders. Your Sales Manager can provide you with a list of lenders that specialize in construction loans and are familiar with the Cranbrook Custom Homes build process.
Construction Coordinator
The construction of your new home will be managed by your site Construction Coordinator. They will coordinate and manage each step in the construction of your new home and work with our Trade Partners to ensure the highest quality of construction.
Trade Partners
All work completed in your home is performed by trade partners who are contracted by Cranbrook Custom Homes. Our Purchasing team constantly works with our trade partners to ensure all work on your Cranbrook custom home is performed in a professional manner with the latest technologies and procedures.
ProHome
ProHome of Michigan is an independent company with a 30-year track record as the national leader in post-warranty management. Two weeks prior to your scheduled closing, you will meet with a representative from ProHome for a detailed demonstration of your completed home and to review items covered by the warranty.
Design Consultant
You will meet with our in-house Design Consultant shortly after PA to begin working on the exterior selections for your home. Once your floor plans are finalized, our Selections Coordinator will guide you through the vendor selections process, during which you will have the opportunity to visit the showrooms of our contracted vendors and choose the finish selections for your home, such as tile, flooring, cabinetry, and much more.
Greater Macomb Title Agency
Greater Macomb Title Agency is our preferred Title Company and shares our belief in providing exceptional customer service. Greater Macomb Title Agency will work directly with your Mortgage Consultant/Lender and Sales Manager to ensure a problem-free transfer of title on your new home at the closing.
Association Management Companies
If you are building a new home within a community, you may have a Homeowners’ Association (HOA). Most HOAs utilize an association management company to oversee the maintenance of community amenities
